My goal as a Yoga teacher is to help people live fuller lives by teaching them how to integrate Yoga and meditation into their daily lives. My classes are made for every single person. It does not matter if you are new to Yoga or if you are an advanced student, I offer classes for all levels. I have been teaching Yoga since 2005 and therefore have many years of experience guiding students along their Yoga path. My Yoga & Fitness classes are available almost every single day and tend to last between one hour to 90 minutes. Classes are available in Spanish and English.
