The perfect after-yoga chocolate indulgence: raw vegan coconut truffles! They are super easy to make too: melt 1.5 cups raw coconut oil in mixing bowl over pan of warm water, stir in 1.5 cups raw cacao powder and 1/3 cup raw agave; let firm in fridge for 30 min. Mix in food processor, transfer to bowl and stir in 1 cup raw almond meal. Let sit 15 min then form into small balls and roll in shredded raw unsweetened coconut. Doneskis!
