Super fresh and nourishing and the perfect post-yoga-practice meal! Toss together an assortment of thinly-sliced veggies like romaine, kale, red bell pepper, bean sprouts, radicchio, green onions, and maybe add some toasted nuts. Drizzle with the following dressing: 1/2 c tahini, 1/2 water, 1 T lemon juice, 1 T apple cider vinegar, 1 T tamari, 1 clove garlic, 1/2 t sea salt (blended until creamy smooth).
